Why Silicone Fails Over Time
Silicone is designed to seal joints and prevent water from getting into gaps around tiles, but it does not last forever. In areas exposed to constant moisture, like showers and bathrooms, silicone can gradually break down.

Very very happy with Victor. He identified hidden areas where our walk-in shower was leaking, re-grouted the failing grout and re-sealed where necessary. It was a labour intensive job but he finished in one day to help us out. It looks better than new!
