Why Sealing Both Tiles and Grout Matters
While grout is the most porous part of a tiled surface, certain types of tiles can also absorb moisture and staining if left unsealed. In areas exposed to regular use and water, this can gradually affect both the appearance and condition of the surface.
Sealing creates a protective barrier across the grout lines and, where needed, the tiles themselves. This helps reduce absorption, making it harder for dirt, moisture and contaminants to settle into the surface.

Very very happy with Victor. He identified hidden areas where our walk-in shower was leaking, re-grouted the failing grout and re-sealed where necessary. It was a labour intensive job but he finished in one day to help us out. It looks better than new!
